We had excellent training today at a new location that was “sniffed out” (pun intended) by K9 Handler Cheryl and her SAR K9 Graeson.
Park rangers provided us unfettered access to Stout Park in south Cobb county. The area is very interesting with some wide open fields, wetlands, open, and dense woods. The park also provided many opportunities for the handlers to work on deer-proofing their K9s.
All-in-all, a great day of training put together by team members dedicated to creating real-world SAR training environments.
