FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A south Fulton County Alzheimer’s patient spent Friday recovering at home after spending the night alone in the woods.
Search and rescue volunteers found 70-year-old Gloria Hood just before 4 a.m. after she’d been missing for nearly 12 hours.

ATSAR Members – particpated in the National Alzheimer’s Associations Memory Walk at the Atlanta Zoo in October of 2009 in it’s continuing support of the need to raise funds and awareness for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and Alzheimer’s related demensia. Alpha Team members have been active particpants in this effort for more than 6 years!
